Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of coaching both boys and girls, ranging from age 6 through to senior level. As a UEFA-qualified coach, I bring a deep understanding of modern goalkeeping techniques, player development, and performance mindset.

My playing career includes time at Derby County and Notts County academies, followed by senior professional football with Glacis United in the Gibraltar Premier League. This experience at elite levels gives me unique insights into what it takes to succeed as a goalkeeper.

My passion lies in helping the next generation of goalkeepers unlock their potential and develop the skills, confidence, and discipline needed to succeed in the game. Every session is designed to challenge goalkeepers technically, tactically, and mentally.

All sessions take place during term time with a total of 36 sessions delivered across 3 blocks of 12 weeks. Training is conducted on state-of-the-art 4G pitches at professional-standard facilities.

We maintain low coach-to-player ratios to maximise individual development: 1:10 for U7-U11 groups and 1:12 for U12-U16 groups. This ensures every goalkeeper receives personalized feedback and technical coaching in every session.

Goalkeepers in our academy will have the opportunity to be selected to represent Schulz Coaching in showcase games, playing for our outfield academy teams. This provides invaluable match experience and exposure.
