At Schulz Coaching, we offer players exceptional opportunities to showcase their talent internationally on the biggest stages in youth football.

Schulz Select Squads
Top-performing players from our academy programmes, alongside outstanding external players, compete for selection through trials. Those demonstrating exceptional skill, attitude, and commitment represent Schulz Coaching at the Gothia Cup—the world's largest and most prestigious youth football tournament.

Midlands Independent Schools (MIS)
We lead representative squads for boys and girls aged 11–18 from over 75 independent schools. Players nominated by their school's Director of Sport follow a structured trial process:

• Easter – First round of trials
• August – Second round of trials
• September – Final squad announcements
• July (following year) – Teams compete at Gothia Cup in Sweden

Over 400 players participate annually in these highly competitive trials, overseen by UEFA A and B licensed coaches with experience from top professional academies.

• 2022 – Q/F A Plate Cup (Schulz Select B14, MIS G15)
• 2023 – Q/F A Plate Cup (MIS B16)
• 2024 – S/F A Plate Cup (Schulz Select B15, MIS G14)
• 2025 – S/F A Plate Cup (Schulz Select G12, 3rd Place Trophy)
