About us

Founder Story

Marc founded Schulz Coaching in 2005 with a sole mission of delivering elite, academy style coaching to grassroots players and clubs around Leicestershire in order to help produce the next generation of talent. Our team have all had football playing and football coaching experience and pride themselves on providing a high-pressure high support environment for their players in order to achieve maximum outcome. Schulz Coaching philosophy is projected into the coaches and is delivered consistently throughout all our sessions.

Beth has been attending the Mini's academy for 6 months. She did not like football before this and now she is captain of her girls team. Schulz coaching have changed her view on football.

Freya started with Schulz in the academy at 8 years old and from then we knew she didn't need to be anywhere else. Her progression was immediate and she then joined the Elite Performance Centre where she took her development to the next level as she got introduced to strength & conditioning together with technical and tactical awareness.
